I incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities within my practice. These include a variety of evidence-based therapies, including psychoenergy healing, to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My approach is firmly rooted in the belief that healing involves not only addressing the mind and body but also the energy that flows through them. Combining these methods, I can help you release blockages, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and peace in your life.

Drawing on the wisdom of ancient traditions and the spirit of the modern holistic/natural lifestyle, I approach healing with an open heart, and compassionate mindset. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of natural remedies, connection to the earth, and honoring the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Treatment Modalities

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    CBT helps one explore the impact their thoughts have on their feelings and behavior, and work towards changing what’s ineffective. This method of therapy focuses on solutions, encouraging one to challenge distorted cognitions and change destructive patterns of behavior.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

    DBT therapy helps one balance acceptance with change while learning and utilizing skills to improve distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and mindfulness. Improves the ability to live in the moment, get through difficult times without making things worse, and build a life worth living.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

    ACT therapy is one that implements Acceptance and Mindfulness strategies along with commitment and behavioral change strategies to increase psychological flexibility.

  • Mindfulness & Meditation

    Mindfulness therapy is talk therapy that focuses on learning to be more aware of thoughts, feelings, surroundings, and situations while reducing our automatic responses.

    Mindfulness-based therapy can treat various physical and mental health conditions and improve overall daily functioning and quality of life.

    Meditation is a mind-body complementary method that teaches you to focus your attention and eliminate the ongoing flood of thoughts that fill your mind. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being. Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) & Thought Field Therapy (TFT) ~ Tapping

    EFT & TFT are both mind-body methods of tapping acupuncture points with the fingertips while focusing on an issue or feeling you are hoping to resolve/change.

    EFT is considered more of a ‘one-size’ fits all approach to managing traumatic memories, triggers, and negative emotions. TFT is a more customized approach helping to really focus on specific emotions and triggers.

    Works for a variety of areas including stress, fear, phobias, weight loss, cravings, etc.

  • Breathwork

    Breathwork includes conscious breathing, which influences one’s emotional, mental, and physical state. It works to elicit the body’s relaxation response and can completely shift one’s energy. Breathwork can better control our emotions and feelings; alleviating stress.

  • Sound Healing

    Sound healing uses specific instruments (singing bowls, tuning forks), music, tones, and frequencies to create a therapeutic environment that promotes deep relaxation, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. It can increase energy, creativity, improve mental clarity and heal the body, mind, and spirit.

    Motivational Interviewing: A therapeutic approach to empower you and increase your internal motivation to change. You will overcome and resolve ambivalences you may be dealing with, in order to make lasting change.

    Solution-Focused Therapy: An approach that puts problem-solving at the forefront of our time together. We focus on solutions, and your goals, as you are the expert!

    Nutrition/Wellness: An approach that maximizes one’s health potential through nutritional and lifestyle choices, including behavioral activation.

    Self-Empowerment: A therapy aimed at increasing one’s knowledge, skill-sets, and attitude in making a conscious decision to take charge in your life.

    Crystal healing: A practice that involves the use of crystals to balance and harmonize the body's energy field
