Individual Therapy
Private Pay Rates/Sliding Scale Available

In individual therapy, you will work one on one with me. I will ensure a safe, caring, and confidential environment for your healing.
Individual therapy can provide a safe space in which the following occurs:
Gaining a better understanding of yourself.
Learning how to handle emotions.
Identifying underlying causes of symptoms, AKA the ‘ROOT’
Providing coping strategies.
Managing symptoms.
Facilitating lifestyle changes.
And so much more! Group Therapy
(Private Pay, $30-$40 Per Group Session)
Group therapy is where you work with others who are experiencing similar challenges. You will be in a group, that is led by me and has roughly 4-8 others participating.
Groups can provide a safe space, in which the following occurs:
You can learn from others who have similar struggles.
Group therapy can give you a voice.
Groups offer a sounding board.
Groups promote social skills.
Groups can help you grow.
When the group comes together, the individual will be linked to the totality and the great movement forward toward love, consciousness, and happiness will happen collectively. This will give each individual the feeling that everything that happens is right, important, and valuable.
**I assess appropriateness for placement in a group, prior to allowing one to join. These are confidential groups, bound by HIPPA, and currently are conducted via teletherapy. Connect with me to explore the various group opportunities I have.
Mind/Body Coaching Sessions
(Private Pay, packages available!)
The mind/body coaching sessions incorporate components of individual therapy but also integrate the body fully into the healing process.
Using holistic health practices and mindfulness tools in a program individually tailored to you, driven by what you need. My Mind/Body Coaching Sessions empower you to bring balance to your life, which includes the following areas: sleep, digestion, creativity, physical resilience, mental clarity, etc. We will focus on self-awareness, healing your nervous system, and healthy behaviors for optimal physical and mental vitality.
Mind/Body Sessions can provide a safe space, in which the following occurs:
